• Square Footage
• Number of Bedrooms
• Number of Bathrooms
• Number of living Areas

Extras - Garage (1,2, or 3-Car, or is no garage ok?), storage, trees, lot size, acreage, etc.

Intangibles - Do you prefer modern/brand-new homes, or will an older home work better for you? Would you like a one-story/ranch, or a two-story? Perhaps you would like to be on the water or have a hill-county view.
