Once we have determined what you are looking for in a home, including the area(s) of Southern Utah that you are considering, it will be time to get together and begin looking.

On our initial outing, one of our Realtors will usually try to show you a few homes, just to get a feel for your preferences and needs. If you are relocating to St. George, we have been known to spend several days in a row focused exclusively on finding the right home for our clients. On the other side of the spectrum, we are so experienced at this that many of our clients find the perfect home on the first day of looking.

During our time with you looking at homes, you will find all of us to be extremely honest, ethical, knowledgeable, and friendly. 

We always want each of our buyers to feel comfortable with us, and we will never be offended if you don't want to look at a specific home or condo that we have chosen to show you.
